Heart and Brain Coherence to Reduce Stress

Thought Genius is hosting a workshop, The Power of Thought and Emotion, from 7 to 8 p.m., August 18, in Glendale, to explore the cutting-edge science behind techniques to help with stress, sleep disturbances, plugging “energy leaks”, and improving overall health. Appetizers and beverages will be served. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Presented by neuroscientist and Thought Genius founder Dr. Jeffery L. Fannin, Ph.D., participants will be shown simple strategies for ways to identify and respond to daily stressors and negative emotions, create harmony and balance in the body and other topics.

For more than two decades, Fannin has been helping individuals reduce stress through brain-mapping, brain training, the science of heart/brain coherence, neurofeedback and other tools. Thought Genius also offers extensive three-day workshops and private consultations to individuals with post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit disorder and other conditions.

Admission is free. Location: Atrium Building, room 414-B, 17505 N. 79th Ave., Glendale. For more information or to RSVP, call 602-548-9092.
