Meditation and Stress Management Presentation at B~Well

Lida Korolyshyn, a McLean Meditation Institute certified meditation teacher, will give a free presentation, Meditation Made Simple, from 7 to 8 p.m., September 25, at the B~Well Center of Scottsdale.

In this informative talk, Korolyshyn will discuss the truth about meditation, some common misconceptions, the many physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of meditation, how to start a meditation practice and meditation techniques. Participants will also learn a simple breathing technique to promote relaxation and relieve stress.
