Anahata Yoga is Growing

Anahata Yoga and Sound Healing is expanding and moving to 14148 North 100th Street, Suite C-130, in the Centennial Marketplace, in Scottsdale. During a Grand Opening event on November 5 and 6, they will offer free classes and workshops from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., along with food, karma juice and class pass special discounts.

Their new, 3,600-square-foot location blends the teachings of ancient practices with all the modern conveniences and technology available today. In addition to state-of-the-art audio visual systems and lighting, Anahata boasts sustainable flooring and paint, floated planks flooring for comfort, an area for community to gather, and two separate practice areas; one for teacher training and special events or workshops; and a large retail area with yoga and fashion apparel, yoga accessories, gifts and crystal singing bowls.

Anahata offers kundalini yoga, restorative and gentle yoga, yoga nidra, tai chi, sound journeys and gong meditations, as well as baby, preschool, kids and teen classes. It is the only local crystal singing bowl temple, with more than 150 crystal alchemy bowls incorporated into classes and workshops, setting Anahata apart from any other yoga communities in the area.
