Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Classes Forming

Solution Mindfulness offers the traditional structured and supported eight-week, 30-hour MBSR program originally designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D. Instructor Genevieve Tregor, MS, teaches from a depth of experience and training in the practices of mindfulness.  

MBSR has shown clinically significant effects for those dealing with daily life stress, chronic pain, chronic and acute illness, anxiety and depression; enhancing immune function and brain processing under stress for resilience and well-being and increasing learning, memory and emotion regulation. The courses include a full-day retreat on the Sunday of the sixth week and the book Full Catastrophe Living, by Kabat-Zinn, practice CDs and course workbook.
