Private Yoga Lessons Now Available
Whether brand-new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, private and small group sessions are an excellent way to learn the basics and to refine skills. Jennifer Annjanetta Tijerino, RYT, with 13 years of experience, is offering private yoga instruction to help individuals create a practice that makes sense for their body and level of experience at their own pace.
Private yoga lessons afford the student the opportunity to make their own schedule; avoid intimidation; advance to the next level; address injuries or health concerns; work toward a specific physical goal, such as increased flexibility, balance or strength; and practice without judgment.
