Yoga Rocks into Phoenix with Six Concerts

Yoga Rocks the Park (YRTP) will present a series of six concerts at several locations in Phoenix between February 10 and March 17 as part of a national tour of the most popular, weekly, family-friendly, summer yoga and live music wellness festivals in the United States.

Now in its fifth season, YRTP has added a children's program and an expanded roster of top-tier local and national yoga instructors, popular musical acts and “conscious community” vendors.

Each event is three hours long, including a 75-minute all-levels live music and yoga class and the Camp Yoga Rocks children's program, followed by vendors of organic food and drink, alternative health products and yoga clothing, and more live or DJ music at favorite parks in each city.

Although the focus of YRTP is featuring local yoga instruction and music to foster peaceful, hometown, grassroots gatherings, the event also offers visits by nationally recognized instructors and musicians. YRTP donates 10 percent of net profits to a different local charity each week, nominated by local attendees through the company's website.

Tickets are $15/$12 advance. For more information, tickets and sponsor/vendor opportunities, call 970-390-4318 or visit YogaRocksThePark.com.
