What Is in Your Water?

Educational environmental water clinics are coming, from 7 to 8 p.m., June 27 and July 25, at the Environmental Educational Center, in Chandler, to inform residents about all different types of water with a health team of educators and water experts that includes Dr. Gail Kopin, speaker Ron Will, nurses, nutritionists, environmental consultants, certified coaches and water quality technicians. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m.

Participants may bring in their water for free testing for pharmaceuticals, chlorine, chloramines, disinfectants, disinfectant byproducts, nitrates, herbicides, pesticides, heavy metal, arsenic, lead, uranium, aluminum, VOC, plastics, inorganic chemicals and gasoline and other fuels.
