New Healthy Dishes on Picazzo’s Menu

Picazzo’s restaurants now offers 40 vegan dishes on its menu, including freshly made gluten-free pasta with brown rice, potato and tapioca flours and egg, served with gluten-free focaccia. Their certified fresh gluten-free pasta has the same al dente texture as traditional pasta. As a complimentary option, diners may substitute vegan-style cheese, mock chicken, 100 percent brown rice, egg-free pasta or gnocchi upon request. Other new dishes include spicy Thai red coconut curry, pesto and chicken, Thai-style fresh linguini and meatballs, and Thai-Talian lasagna.
