Study Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement with Jacqueline Bayne

Jacqueline Bayne will be holding classes in Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement, a powerful and transformative technique for self-connection, self-awareness, self-healing and transformation, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Wednesdays and 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturdays at the And Breathe Wellness Center, in Phoenix.
Bayne says, “This is a method for bypassing all conditioning and habitual stress patterns to achieve instant relief and to break unconscious patterns. Participants will experience the healing presence and creative flow in the company of mystics, teachers and guides. Using the work of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais and multiple disciplines, students will drop into deeper states of consciousness in order to experience themselves to their greatest capacity.”
Awareness Through Movement was developed by Feldenkrais as a means to re-engage the nervous system in the kind of learning we all do as infants, but later usually abandon. The lessons create a conversation of sensing, feeling, resting and moving that engages the whole system.
