The Anthem Health and Wellness Club is for the Anthem and North Valley communities in Phoenix Arizona from North Phoenix to Black Canyon City. Meetings are held covering a broad array of health and wellness topics such as fitness, inflammation, mind/body health, metabolic health, nutrition, etc. Speakers and/or facilitators present educational information. There is no cost to attend.
