The Full 8 week MBSR Intensive runs Tuesday evenings, Feb 2nd - March 30th, with a Full Day Retreat on Sunday, March 21st and offers a systematic training in formal mindfulness practices in a supportive, group environment with guidance by an expert-level, experienced instructor.
