Finding Your Joy

Join us at Dancing Horse Ranch, on a journey of self discovery to find your joy, even in the midst of life’s trials.

This is an experiential learning, hands-on workshop, where you will work with our herd of horses to bring about awareness of patterns and blocks that are holding you back from living your best life. No horse experience is necessary and we will be working with horses from the ground.

Learn to access joy through the inner peace that comes from our creator, mindfulness techniques, self leadership and gratitude for our lessons and achievements. We will also explore the benefits that essential oils bring us in accessing our inner joy with guest facilitator Keli Flores from oil of joy. She will present on her journey to joy and lead us in a make and take essential oil activity.
