REWIND Yoga for Healthy Aging
Accessible yoga for older adults that helps with balance, strength and flexibility.
REWIND Yoga is an accessible, evidence-based sequence demonstrated to develop balance, increase flexibility and build functional strength. Additional benefits include reduced stress, alleviation of symptoms associated with chronic conditions and promotion of healthy body awareness. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and beginners are especially welcome. This class is accessible for those with chronic or limiting conditions and can be done in a chair. Small class size (3 max) is designed for individual attention. Pre-registration is required.
