Wellness Wednesday: Just Breathe Yoga & Meditation

A relaxing yoga and meditation session for women with anxiety. Move, unwind, and take a moment for yourself. Goodie bags included!
This private class is all about slowing down, stretching, and taking a moment for yourself in a calm, supportive space. This class is a dedicated space for women of color.
We'll move through a gentle yoga flow and end with a guided meditation to help you reset and recharge. Plus, everyone will receive a goodie bag as a little self-care treat. No experience needed, just come as you are. Props provided, limited yoga mats available for use.
